During the process of designing and building your custom home, we keep the lines of communication open. We will present you with a construction schedule and selection schedule to keep everyone on the same course. There is always someone on site to provide updates in real time with any concerns or decisions that need to be addressed.

When it comes time to begin the selection process, you will be working closely with all of our trusted trade partners that are educated in their niche areas. They will give you the knowledge and design advice you need in order to make the perfect selection for your new home. Every element will either be selected by you, or approved by you; nothing will be a surprise on move-in day.

We pride ourselves in our ability to keep our client’s trust from start to finish. We are one of the only home building firms in the area that will provide open book contracts. This means that we show you every dollar and cent that goes into the construction of your new home. That includes all the material, labor, permitting, engineering, and our reasonable management fee. Our customers always have access to control where their money is being spent which results in a great experience building the home of your dreams.
