We build in Montgomery County and Washington, DC. Licensed in both.
Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington, and Potomac on the Maryland side; upper Northwest in Washington, DC. We keep our projects close together so Kevin, the owner, can run yours in person.
Where we build
We are at home across Maryland and DC. Most of our projects are in Kensington, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, & DC.
Chevy Chase
A Maryland town, a cluster of villages, and a DC neighborhood, all with the same name. We build in every one of them.
Kensington
We have built here since 2009: Parkwood Dr, Dresden St, and the streets between them.
Potomac
Half-acre to two-acre lots, many still holding their original 1960s houses. We buy lots like these ourselves every year.
Washington, DC
Upper Northwest, under our DC contractor license, with permits run through DC's own Department of Buildings.
The five above are where most of our work lands, but our licenses cover all of Montgomery County and Washington, DC.
