A new house built to your plan, on your lot or one we help you find. You can bring finished architect drawings, a plan you bought online, or nothing but a list of what you want: all three starting points are normal here.
Choose it when: The house you want does not exist yet.
One firm takes your project from design through construction: complete home design, every permit handled, then a construction contract agreed before work begins. Nothing is lost in a handoff between architect and builder.
Choose it when: You want one accountable party from first sketch to final walkthrough.
A new house on the street you already chose. You get a straight feasibility answer before you commit: we evaluate the lot, pull the demolition permits, and handle any environmental review. We buy teardown lots every year for the homes we build and sell, so that answer comes with experience behind it.
Choose it when: The street and the lot are right; the house has run out its useful life.
More space without moving: a full second-story addition, designed, permitted, and built to read as part of the original house. We build these on vacant homes, so you move out during construction and come back to twice the house.
Choose it when: The bones are good and the house is just short of space.
You keep the address, the lot, the trees, and the school assignment, and get a house that works like it was built this year. We take it down to the studs and rebuild the layout, the systems, and the finishes.
